Brian Monje is the Director of Operations for Paramount’s North Carolina division. Since joining Paramount in 2017, he has built extensive experience in multi-family construction, renovations, maintenance, and project management, successfully advancing through multiple leadership roles within the company. His hands-on approach, strong operational knowledge, and commitment to customer service have contributed to the successful completion of thousands of units and projects throughout the region. Brian is dedicated to delivering quality results, building strong client relationships, and supporting the continued growth and success of Paramount’s North Carolina operations.
