About Us
Paramount Construction Services was founded in 1998 by Christos Sarantis. Christos has spent his career providing various services to the multi-housing industry. His success began with servicing the industry with apartment cleaning and painting. Understanding the demand for updating the units he was currently servicing, Christos started Paramount with one employee and a pick-up truck. His team grew and word of Paramount’s quick turn kitchen and bath renovations, strong service orientation and quality workmanship soon spread, and Paramount soon became a national organization covering dozens of major markets around the country.
Today, Paramount is a leading national contractor specializing in multi-housing interior renovations. Starting with a modest customer base over twenty five years ago, we now proudly serve major markets around the country and over one hundred properties each month.
While Paramount has grown tremendously from our founding more than two decades ago, we have not forgotten the values that made us successful. We strive to deliver excellent service, quality workmanship, and job completion upon request. Paramount’s reputation is built on integrity, values and hard work.

Safety is important to Paramount Construction Services. Whether we are renovating an apartment, travelling to or from a job site, or working in our warehouses and offices, Paramount strives to work in a safe, accident free manner. 100% of our Management Team has received OSHA 10 Certification, and some have gone on to higher levels of safety training. In addition, Paramount delivers bi-weekly safety training to all of our employees.
Our focus on safety is good for our associates, for our customers, and for our business. It is another reason why Paramount is the leader in multi-housing interior renovations.
From the beginning, our focus has been and remains on the health and safety of our employees, our customers and the communities we work in.We are constantly evaluating the COVID-19 impact and monitoring available information from the CDC and WHO. As their recommendations change, we will update our Pandemic Response Plan as needed.
